The Cheese Tasting Company is led by bestselling author Ned Palmer. Nedʼs 20 years of experience in cellars, dairies and farms, his friendships with cheese makers and talent with words allow him to bring the world of cheese to full, fascinating life.
Tastings range from large corporate events to small private functions. We can provide cheese talks, informal interactive sessions, or simply provide a beautiful selection of cheeses served by an expert monger to liven up your party.
